Abstract
The aim of this paper is to present a practical work we have been developing for five years, in which we offer collective artistic-corporal experimentations, in order to open a space for the production of a self-care immediately connected to a knowledge or education of the senses and affections. From a conceptual reflection between the notion of self care brought by Foucault and some Deleuze’s concepts —as body, education and ethics— we will be exhibiting the philosophical underpinnings and some excerpts from our experimental educational practice. Thus we intend to clarify the relationship that we believe exist between self-care, education and our experimental practices.
